Description
Scholarship for incoming freshmen and transfer students enrolling full-time at Frostburg State University who have outstanding abilities in Theatre, Dance, Music or Visual Arts. Selection based on academic achievements and auditions, portfolio's, and/or interviews depending on area of specialty. Eligible students are selected from the admissions application.
