Annual award for undergraduate students enrolled at an accredited postsecondary institution in North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, or Tennessee. Students must hold an FCC amateur radio license and financial need. Preference given to North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, or Tennessee residents majoring in any field of engineering.
